LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs settled a wrongful termination lawsuit Tuesday with the former administrator of the Little Rock Veterans Home.

Under the agreement, the state will pay Janet Levine $150,000 to drop her suit against the veterans department, department Director Cissy Rucker, former Director Dave Fletcher and former Deputy Director Lawrence Pickard.

As part of the deal, Levine also agreed not to pursue employment at the Fayetteville Veterans Home, where she applied for the administrator’s job last month.
